Masters-level expertise
Ella holds a Masters of Osteopathy from UCO, with additional qualifications in clinical Pilates, sports massage and ergonomic assessment.
Complementary to your care
Osteopathy works alongside and complements a wide range of healthcare disciplines — from dental treatment to physiotherapy and GP care. We don't replace your treatment, we support it.
We keep you informed
We're happy to communicate with referring professionals throughout a patient's treatment — providing updates, progress notes, or a discharge summary on request. Your patient's care is a collaboration.

Arriving on time — please arrive at or just before your appointment time. Appointments run to time. Arriving late will reduce the time available for your treatment.

Cancellations & rescheduling — please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can do this by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Late cancellation fee — appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at the full session rate.

Non-attendance — failure to attend an appointment without notice will be charged at the full session rate.
CLINICAL BACKGROUND
Ella Gilder - lead practitioner
Ella is a GOsC registered osteopath with a Masters of Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy. Alongside Gilder Wellness she practises at Harley Street Physiotherapy in London.
She is an APPI-certified clinical Pilates specialist (Levels 1-3), a qualified Level 3 ergonomic assessor, and holds a diploma in sports and remedial massage from LSSM.
