Please arrive just before your appointment time. Head to the Vere Dental reception on arrival and let them know you're here for Ella. Take a seat in the waiting area and Ella will come to collect you at your appointment time.
Crowborough
Friars Gate Farm, Crowborough, TN6 1XH
Crowborough clinic
Please arrive just before your appointment time. As we don't have a waiting room at the Crowborough clinic, we ask that you wait outside the clinic or in your car. Ella will come out to collect you at your appointment time.

Booking conditions

Arriving on time — please arrive at or just before your appointment time. Appointments run to time. Arriving late will reduce the time available for your treatment.

Cancellations & rescheduling — please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can do this by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Late cancellation fee — appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at the full session rate.

Non-attendance — failure to attend an appointment without notice will be charged at the full session rate.
